Selina is an experienced and compassionate Integrative Therapist with over 14 years of mental health experience working with Adults and adolescence across a range of presenting issues and symptoms.Selina has worked successfully with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, OCD, personality disorder, gender identity, sexuality, abuse and loss. Graduating from the University of Birmingham in Integrative therapy, Selina has continued her training within community mental health services and the NHS.

Selina is skilled in helping clients, providing a safe relational space to explore, whilst developing a tailored treatment plan to foster insight, facilitate change and growth specific to their needs.

Selina has worked within healthcare, counselling centres, education, substance, misuse services and private practice. She has delivered a variety of therapeutic groups including anxiety, mindfulness, ACES (young people), ADHD and hearing voices which has deepened her capacity to connect and work with a wide range of people. Selina is trained in integrative therapy which includes person centred, CBT, solution focused, and psycho-dynamic models.
