Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) is a psychotherapeutic use of movement in which client/s and therapist engage in an empathic creative process using body movement and dance to support emotional, cognitive, physical, social and spiritual aspects of the self and body. DMT looks at the correlation between movement and emotion.

This helps in facilitating self-awareness, enhancing self-esteem and reducing anxiety. We can train to work with our mind and body, making it part of our life needs training, work in the form of practice and motivation.
