Payment Policy

We are an independent healthcare centre, not funded by the NHS or public funds in any form.

Payment Policy

  • Full payments will be due at the time of booking an appointment.
  • The Private Health Insurance funded patients will now have to pay up front to us directly. Once our invoice is paid, we can provide a receipt that can be forwarded to the insurers for reimbursement.  Please call us if you require any further details.
  • We do not accept insurance funding from BUPA and AXA for Child and Adolescent Mental Health assessments and care. You may have to self fund or forward the insurance providers our invoice for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellations the following charges will be applicable:

  • Less than 5 working days: Full fee will be payable
  • 6-10 days: 50% of the fee will be payable
  • No-show: Full fee will be payable
  • Late arrivals: Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the next patient whose appointments may follow yours.

Cancellation Policy for TMS

Cancellations made

  • Once TMS treatment has been booked we cannot offer a refund due to the clinicians being booked in advance to administer the treatment. Payments can be made for a minimum of 5 treatment sessions at a time or all at once for 20 sessions.
  • No-show: Full fee will be payable and no refund will be provided. This also applies if the patient has had part of the treatment and then decides to stop the treatment for any reason.
  • If you decide that you no longer require the treatment as you have not responded to the treatment, refunds will not be issued, and
  • The fee paid for the TMS treatment can not be used towards payment of any other form of treatment.

This policy is applicable from 08.01.2019
