Payment Policy

  • Full payments will be due at the time of booking an appointment.
  • Patients whose care is funded by medical insurance need to provide a credit or debit card details to cover uninsured costs (non-attendance/ late cancellations).

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellations the following charges will be applicable:

  • Less than 5 working days: Full fee will be payable
  • 6-10 days: 50% of the fee will be payable
  • No-show: Full fee will be payable
  • Late arrivals: Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the next patient whose appointments may follow yours.

Cancellation Policy for TMS

Cancellations made

  • Once TMS treatment has been booked we cannot offer a refund this is due to the nature of the way the appointments are booked. Payments can be made weekly by the patients for the 5 sessions or in one lump sum.  Once payment has been made we are unable to issue refunds for theses sessions.
  • No-show: Full fee will be payable and no refund will be provided. This also applies if the patient has had a couple of appointments and then decides to stop with the treatment- no refund will be given for this.
  • If you decide that you no longer require the treatment, refunds will not be issued, and the fee for the TMS treatment can not be used for any other form of treatment.

 

Late arrivals: Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the next patient whose appointments may follow yours.

This policy is to be followed for any patients who book appointments from 08.01.2019

 

For Insurance funded patients

  • Policy remains the same but as the insurance companies do not cover late cancellations and non- attendance we will debit the account details (credit card) provided after sending an email to the patient.
